Jason Landers brings a wealth of expertise as a consultant in corporate and workplace investigations, whistleblower management, risk management and conflict resolution. With a proven track record of identifying risks and establishing trusted relationships, Jason provides practical, real-world solutions for corporate leaders facing the challenges of organisational behavioural issues.
Experience and Qualifications
- 23 Years of Investigations Experience: Jason has honed his skills in various environments, including corporate, mining, gambling, and law enforcement.
- Specialised Knowledge: His expertise includes workplace misconduct and sexual harassment investigations, respectful behaviours, investigations & interview training and risk assessments.
- Training Development: Jason has designed and facilitated training packages that prioritise the welfare and respectful treatment of all individuals involved in investigations and investigative interviewing.
- Global Initiatives: He played a key role in implementing and managing a global corporate whistleblower platform aimed at fostering a “people-centric” culture.
- Education: In addition to his formal investigation qualifications, Jason holds an MBA and represents Australia in the Association of Corporate Investigators (ACi), discussing global trends in the investigation profession.

- Business Integrity Solutions: Founding Director, providing confidential investigative services across various sectors (2022 - Present).
- Rio Tinto: Corporate Investigations Lead - APAC, overseeing the whistle-blower program and conducting investigations related to workplace misconduct, anti-bribery and compliance breaches (2016 - 2021).
- Barrick Gold Corporation: Senior Advisor in Asset Protection, leading security measures and investigations to safeguard company assets (2013 - 2015).
- Western Australia Police: Detective Investigator, conducting intelligence-led investigations into serious crimes, and training junior officers (2001 - 2013).
